Over 20,000 fans packed into the GelreDome in Arnhem, the Netherlands, yesterday, witnessed my successful return in the ring after 10 months of intense recovery.
I couldn’t be more grateful for this moment where I made my eleventh title defence, with a one-sided decision win over Tariq ‘Cookie’ Osaro. A challenger who talked a big game but fell short when it counted, I proved that actions speak louder than words. In those five rounds, I gave it my all, dominated the fight, made it look easy and defended my World Heavyweight Kickboxing title.
To me this victory is a testament to the power of perseverance and dedication. Can’t wait to step back into the ring again for my next title defence. Hungry like a lion.
